We provide reliable delivery across all Emirates. Our rates are calculated based on your total order value:

Processing Time: Most domestic orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

2. International Shipping

We are excited to bring ICare to the world! We currently ship to 27 countries, including Austria, Australia, Belgium, and more.

  • International Shipping Rate: Flat rate of AED70.00.

  • Delivery Time: International shipping times vary by destination but typically range from 7–14 business days.

  • Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp (+9714762345) or Email (icaresuae@gmail.com) containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's progress.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of purchase. ICare is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
