Refund Requests:
Refund requests are reviewed based on our return policy and product condition.
Refund Timeline:
Once approved, refunds are processed within 15 to 21 business days and are returned through the same payment method used during checkout.
Return Conditions:
Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
Return Shipping Fees:
In approved return cases, return shipping costs are covered by iCare.
Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. Customers may inform the courier if they no longer wish to receive the order before accepting the package.
